🔹 Step 3: Background Check ($47) A secure tenant screening will be sent via email. 📩 Check your inbox after your application.

🔹 Step 4: Reserve Your Lot with a Deposit Make your non-refundable deposit and claim your space until your home is ready to install. Your lot lease will not start until you move in. 👉 Submit Your Lot Deposit
